I would be happy to give you my thoughts on the first fifteen pages of your manuscript, as mentioned earlier, at no charge. I would prefer to receive it as a Word document attached to an email, or you can send it to me, either on a CD or a flash drive, or simply as a printed copy. Double-spaced, please, and also include the word count for the entire manuscript if it is completed.
Call me new-fashioned, but I prefer to converse with my clients as much as possible via email – it provides a most practical paper trail. For local clients, I always enjoy a visit and a chance to get to know you, though it never ceases to amaze me how many books we’ve done for writers all over the globe, many of whom we’ve never gotten to meet.
Okay, enough from me. Isn’t it time to retrieve that manuscript from wherever you last put it?
